Computer forensics reveals theft of intellectual property
A major provider of medical equipment suspected that a number of former employees had taken confidential research and development information to set up production in competition. Such action would contravene their contractual obligations.
With very limited information and time, we were able to obtain evidence that substantiated our client's suspicions. Our findings enabled the client to initiate pre-emptive legal remedies.
