Our ethical policy

Ethics and the law
It was a founding principle of the group and remains central to our policy that all employees are required to fully observe the law in every jurisdiction in which they operate. In addition, all external resources and consultants retained by the group are also required to subscribe in writing to codes of conduct which prohibit transgressions of the law in the execution of their work.

We consider not only issues of legality, but also the ethical implications and therefore the potential impact of a particular course of action on the reputation of both our client and our group. In practice this means that the group prohibits the commissioning of actions by its staff or external resources which may be technically within the law, but which are otherwise unacceptable and therefore risk bringing our clients into disrepute.

The Data Protection Act 1998:
This UK legislation was enacted to protect the rights of individuals to control the gathering, retention and use of their personal data. As a data processor under the terms of the Act we have taken all necessary steps to ensure that our processes and procedures are fully compliant with the requirements of the Act.
