Philip Keevil, Non-Executive Chairman
Philip is a senior partner with the merchant banking partnership Compass Advisers. He has more than 30 years’ experience in international investment banking, and is a member of the Business Advisory Forum of Oxford’s Saïd Business School and of the Advisory Council of the London Symphony Orchestra. In addition, he is a Freeman of the City of London, a liveryman of the International Bankers’ Company, and a past Master of the Poulters Company. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
Bill Waite, Group Chief Executive Officer
Bill trained as a barrister and practised at the criminal bar of England and Wales. He later joined the UK’s Serious Fraud Office as a prosecuting counsel before moving into the private investigation and fraud advisory sector in 1995. He was a founder of Risk Advisory and is a sought-after commentator on anti-corruption legislation and enforcement.
Nigel Turnbull, Non-Executive Director
Nigel is a former finance director of The Rank Group plc. He chaired the working party responsible for the guidance to listed companies on Internal Control (the Turnbull Report, 1999) and has served on the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and its Executive, and chaired its Technical Strategy Board.
John Smith, Non-Executive Director
John has worked in commercial security and risk since 1978. Most recently he was Director Group Resilience at Prudential where he spent 20 years building the function. He is a former President of the International Security Management Association, an alumnus of the US State Department’s Overseas Security Advisory Council, an Emeritus Member and former Chairman of the Risk and Security Management Forum and a founding Fellow of the Security Institute.
Richard Prior, Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer
Richard was a founder of Risk Advisory. Until 1999 he headed the company’s Moscow office. He formerly worked in the international energy industry.
